How do I access the workshop content?
Once you're a GrowthMinded member, you can access the workshop by selecting "Workshop" in the top menu on GrowthMinded. From there, you'll be able to click "Join Workshop" to watch the videos on-demand and interact with our parenting experts and other participants in the discussion board.
How much time should I set aside for this?
You only need 10-15 minutes each day to watch the workshop videos, review the resources, and interact in the Discussion board. If you miss a day or two, you can still go back and see all the content from the previous days.
